Letter from the Author
Dear Pilates Enthusiast,
I am very excited to introduce a new series of Pilates manuals assembled to display a large variety of Pilates exercises on the mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, barrels, and multiple props. I believe it to be the most comprehensive grouping of Pilates-inspired exercises available.

The manuals frame over 1400 pictures and give cuing that is neutral in description, to inspire instructors from all different backgrounds. The heavy matte pages are 5.5x8.5 and display between 1-4 exercises. Each manual is bound with removable clips and laminated covers that allow the user to rearrange the order, as well as to add exercises to the groupings. This format allows for a multitude of interpretations and I encourage instructors to experiment with the routine design options using the many hundreds of exercises.
Finally, and most importantly, these manuals are a work-in-progress. While I have compiled
an extensive array of Pilates-inspired exercises, I know that there are still hundreds yet to be created. If you find that I have overlooked a skill or apparatus, please feel free to contribute. I welcome other instructors to take photographs of such exercises, add some brief cuing, and send me the new page. I will then add it to the manual format (featuring you and your information) and make it available on this website, for no additional charge, to everyone who has purchased the manuals. My goal is to compile an even greater encyclopedia of exercises that includes instructor contributions from every demographic and certification. I welcome you all to join The Pilates Movement.
